Keep in Mind…

  • Event insurance is required for all events.

  • At check-in, a damage deposit is required in exchange for the key to the space. It is returned at check-out if there are no immediate fees incurred.

  • Parking is limited to 75 cars/guests. Ride-sharing is recommended if you have more than 75 guests.

  • Trash removal is the responsibility of the contract holder. Not able to remove the trash from the premises? We have a preferred vendor for that!

However, if you have a vendor of choice, that is licenced and agrees to the housekeeping terms, we WELCOME them, too!

  • The rental fee varies on the type of event you have and what day of the week you hold your event. The rental fee can also vary depending on if the event requires the rental of the venue, tables, and chairs.

  • We can successfully accommodate up to 125 guests depending on the layout of your event.

    Please note: We can only accommodate up to 75 vehicles in the White Hall Market parking lot for guests and vendors of your event.

    We STRONGLY suggest rideshare for the guests of the events, as vehicles will be towed if not parked properly.

  • To reserve an event, you would “Request a Contract” above. Once we have the details of your event, we would follow up with a Contract and Invoice. To secure your date a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract. 30 days prior to your event, the remaining balance is required.

    Exception: If booking under a promo rate the balance must be paid in full to secure the event date.

  • The venue will be reserved for only one event group per day.

  • This depends on the day and package selected for your event. Details can be found at the top of this page. You must consider setup and clean-up time when requesting a particular timeframe. A standard guideline is 4 hours for set up, 5-6 hours for the event, and 2 hours for cleanup but the time is yours to divide however you would like. Overtime is $150.00 per hour and begins after the last hour of your booking.

    All other events allotted time will be discussed prior to the signing of the contract. Additional setup and removal fees can be found by clicking the “Add-on Price Menu” button at the top of this page.

  • If you cancel your event, your deposit WILL NOT be returned. You are welcome to choose another date if available but will be charged a fee to do so. Layers Loft is understanding when dealing with unforeseen circumstances and will use its judgment to handle each case as we see fit. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may not cancel over the phone or via voicemail.

  • You are welcome to decorate the reception hall to fit your needs with any decorations that can be removed, without any harm to the venue.

    No nails, staples, tapes, or glues that leave a sticky residue.

  • Yes, we are ADA approved. Parking is very close to the venue as well.

  • All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed. All of the tables should be cleared, with only the linens remaining. The kitchen and bar should be free of food and beverages and wiped down. After all of the trash is gathered, the trash bags should be placed in a dumpster provided off of the property. NO trash can be deposited in the White Hall Market trash dumpsters.

    IF for any reason this is not handled properly the fees will be deducted from your damage deposit or billed by invoice after the event.

  • All hours must be consecutive. When you or your vendors arrive your hours will begin, if you feel you need more time, additional hours may be purchased at $150.00 per hour or by inquiring about overnight setup. Overnight setup requires a damage deposit, as well.

  • No, all events are to end at midnight including clean-up.

  • The Layers Loft does not provide security. However, if security is needed for your event we will try to point you in the right direction for security services.

  • Layers Loft provides a thorough clean-up of the venue prior to the event. Trash monitoring, bathroom attendants, and venue supervisors are available during the hours of the event.

    Otherwise, clients are responsible for securing any additional staff during the hours of the event.

  • No, unfortunately. All items are to arrive when you or your vendors arrive and are to be taken off the property when your event comes to an end. Unless you inquired and have been invoiced for overnight setup.

  • Candles are welcome at Layers Loft but they must be in protective glass, such as a votive. Open flames are strictly prohibited.

  • There is a strict no-smoking policy inside Layers Loft.

  • We have a list of preferred caterers and vendors that have proven to do a great job for their customers. However, we welcome outside vendors of your choosing.

  • At Layers Loft, we firmly believe in giving you the freedom to select all of your own vendors, if that is convenient for you. We do have a list of preferred vendors available, but you are not limited to those vendors.

  • Yes. We have a prep kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and spacious countertops.

  • Yes, you can provide alcohol for your guests but all alcohol must be served by a certified bartender or one of our preferred vendors. A certified copy of the bartending license must be turned in and displayed at all times.

    Alcohol is only allowed as Open Bar! Liquor must not be sold to guests as Cash Bar.

  • No, we do not allow onsite cooking. All food needs to arrive fully cooked and ready to serve.

  • We provide basic WI-FI. Password will be given prior to the start of your event.

  • It is highly recommended that clients select a caterer from our Preferred Vendors list. This list is comprised of caterers who have an established relationship with Layers Loft, are familiar with the facilities and the required rules and regulations, respects Layers Loft’s mission, and have excellent reputations. If there will be alcohol served at your event, an alcohol/catering permit must be completed, approved, and submitted to Layers The Loft at least 7 days prior to your event.
